Whether you are interested in small sailboats/dinghys or big boats/keelboats, Camano Sail and Power has something for you.  We offer sailing instruction and sailboat rental and chartering.
If you are new or returning to sailing after a time away and would like to become involved in our small boat program, or even if you have any doubts about the sanity or usefulness of learning to sail in very small sailboats,  please start here with our Small Boat Introduction and Philosophy .
If after reading that, sailing small boats still sounds interesting, then continue by reading our statement of goals, costs etc.
However, if the only thing you are interested in is our big boat/keelboat program, start here.
We offer sailing programs for people of all ages, from 14 up.
All of Camano Sail and Power's programs take place at the waterfront area of  Camano Island State Park.  To
find us, look at these maps.
Our program schedule is controlled by the weather.  We begin when the last of the big winter/spring storms seem to have abated, generally in April, and continue on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule until the fall storms return, usually in October.  We can be contacted at camanosail@camano.net  or 425-314-9824.

Camano Sail and Power  offers sailboat instruction and chartering for youth and adults in small sailboats, commonly known as "dinghys" ranging from the 8-feet long Optimist ("Opti"), 8 or 10-feet Walker Bay to the 13-feet long single-handed international Laser to the 14-feet long international Laser >> ("Laser II or Laser 2").

We also offer basic keelboat instruction and chartering in our Hobie 33, a ULDB (ultra light displacement boat) monohull keelboat.
